One of the goals of Russia’s war against Ukraine is the elimination of the national identity of Ukrainians. This is due not only to hostilities, but also due to a hybrid component – war in the information space. Therefore, the development of software and information platforms for the network environment with cognitive, analytical, educational and other (primarily remote) services for the purpose of preserving and popularizing the national heritage and spreading the achievements of national science and culture in Ukraine and abroad acquire a new status – elements of information war

Now we will celebrate the 150th anniversary of the birth of Lesya Ukrainka and the 300th anniversary of the birth of Hryhoriy Skovoroda, last year the 175th anniversary of the birth of Ivan Franko.

Therefore, the creation of scientific and educational electronic resources that, at the level of modern scientific achievements, most fully reflect all spheres of life, activity and artistic creativity of outstanding figures of Ukrainian culture, contribute to the development and actualization of their creativity in the modern world and the popularization of the works of writers among Ukrainian and foreign readers and researchers . These are the essential arguments for the defense of Ukrainian identity and the projectiles of the information war.   

Scientific education plays a big role in solving these tasks, which should provide personnel with the necessary qualifications not only for work in real sectors of the economy, but also in the research cluster. Much attention will be focused on new approaches to the development of international educational programs, university scientific schools, quality management systems and other areas significant for the formation of a modern educational environment of the knowledge society.

Use of scientific research results

A museum portal of Ukraine will be created, which will include more than 300 Ukrainian and foreign museums and information resources of prominent scientists of Ukraine, which will increase the effectiveness of user interaction with networked National and foreign information resources and knowledge systems for meaningful display of information. Wide application scientific education as educational process, which has contribute to the formation of a person scientific style thinking, in particular ability accept decision on on the basis of critical analysis data, solve complex create problems innovative solutions, to create and detect initiative, to understand essence global and local calls, interact with surrounding environment, to realize social interdependence.
