Annual Conference "Applied Control Systems and Robotics"
The annual scientific and practical conference "Applied Control Systems and Robotics" was founded by the Institute of Applied Control Systems of the NAS of Ukraine in 2025;
The organizing committee of the conference includes leading professors - recognized specialists in robotics control systems, 3D printing, artificial intelligence and mathematical control in the State and far beyond its borders;
The conference was founded and is held as part of the celebration of the International Day of Involvement in Science for Sustainable Development (November 27). The International Day was officially approved by UNESCO at the initiative of Ukraine in 2025. This holiday aims to popularize science, early involvement of youth in research and support sustainable development, and the date symbolically coincides with the founding of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine;
There is no participation fee;
Based on the results of the conference, a collection of abstracts is published in the form of a monograph, the publishing policy of which complies with international standards and norms, in particular COPE (Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors), SCOPUS, Web of Science, DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals), EBSCO, etc.;
All materials for participation in the conference are checked for plagiarism;
Archive of published monographs: (2025, 2026, etc.).
The conference organizer is the Institute of Applied Control Systems of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (IACS NAS of Ukraine).
The conference will be held in a mixed format.

Preparation of abstracts
Abstract volume
no more than 1 page of printed text in the WORD editor.
Publication language: Ukrainian or English
Text formatting
Sheet size – A4; Times New Roman font; 14 point; line spacing – 1; automatic paragraph indentation – 1.25 cm; margins – all 20 mm; width alignment.
Citation
Mandatory reference to the source (no more than five sources, DSTU 8302:2015). Reference numbers to sources in the text are indicated in square brackets.
Abstract file format: “doc/docx/rtf”.
File name format
In Latin – the author’s last name, first name and year of publication, an underscore is placed between words, without spaces. If there are several co-authors, the document is named after the first co-author’s last name.
Requirements for abstracts
Abstracts must correspond to the conference topic, be edited. There should be no more than three co-authors.
Abstract formatting
The title is printed in the center in capital letters (Times New Roman font, size 14, bold). Below on the right - the surname, first name and patronymic of the author (authors), position, name of the institution where the author works/Roman, size 12). If desired, you can add an author identifier.
List of sources used
It is submitted at the end and is compiled according to the numbering of references in the abstracts of the report in Times New Roman font, size 12.
Structure of the abstracts of the report
Introduction (relevance and statement of the research problems); goal, methods and approaches; main results; conclusions.
Editorial board
The editorial board has the right to refuse to publish abstracts that do not meet the above requirements. Abstracts submitted late will not be considered.
Abstracts are considered accepted.

Publication of abstracts
Abstracts of reports will be published in the author's editorial office.
The author(s) are responsible for the content and presentation of the material. The best reports will be recommended for publication in the second issue of the Scientific Journal "Applied Control Systems and Robotics".
