SIGNING OF THE MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION
On July 22, 2025, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Institute of Applied Control Systems of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Educational and Scientific Institute "Institute of Geology" of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and the National Center "Minor Academy of Sciences of Ukraine".
The parties agreed on the intentions to cooperate in the scientific, scientific-technical and educational spheres.
The signing took place with the participation of the president of the NC "MANU" − Dovgoy S. O., Director of the IPSU of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine − Kopiyky O.V., Director of the Institute of Geology of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv Vyzhva S. A.
In his speech, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine − Dovhiy S. O. noted that the signing of this memorandum expands the possibilities for the development of scientific education in Ukraine on the basis of the use of the latest technologies, in particular artificial intelligence.
Corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine – Kopiika O.V. also expressed his support for the initiative, emphasizing the importance of this cooperation in consolidating the activities of academic science institutions with one of the leading universities in Ukraine, in order to prepare the future scientific elite.
According to the terms of the memorandum, the parties agreed on:
Creation of a branch of the Department of Geoinformatics of the Institute of Geology of the National University of Kyiv. T. Shevchenko in the IPSU of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine;
Participation in scientific research and development in the areas;
Submission of project proposals for competitions of international project and grant programs;
Holding conferences, seminars, etc., publishing collections, monographs, other materials;
Involvement of scientific, pedagogical, scientific-pedagogical employees of the Parties as opponents, experts;
Support of pupils and students, their self-realization in research activities, etc.
The memorandum came into force from the moment of signing.
